Write to the clinic on WhatsApp

Send your X-ray and a short description of what is wrong. It arrives at the clinic, not at a call centre.

Being here

Where the clinic is, and what you plan yourself

The clinic is in Küçükçekmece, on the European side of Istanbul, about 25 minutes by road from Istanbul Airport. Flights, transfers and accommodation are yours to arrange: we are a dental clinic, not a travel agency, and we do not sell or organise any part of a trip. What we give you is the schedule, in writing, early enough to book around it.

  • Getting to the clinic

    Istanbul Airport is the closer of the city's two airports; Sabiha Gökçen is on the Asian side and considerably further. The full street address is on the contact page and is repeated in your written plan, so you can show it to a driver without explaining anything.

    The days in between

    Most plans leave gaps between appointments — for healing, for the laboratory, for a fitting. Your written plan states which days you are expected at the clinic and which are free, so you can decide what to do with them before you leave home.

  • Bringing someone with you

    Many patients travel with a partner or an adult son or daughter, and after surgery that is a sensible thing to do. A companion is welcome in the consultation if you want them there, and can be told the plan directly. Their travel and their stay are arranged by you, not by the clinic.

WhatsApp is run by Meta: what you send there, X-rays included, leaves Turkey and is handled under Meta's terms, not the clinic's.

Your name, number and question are stored by the clinic and made available to our own staff. When staff notifications are configured, the same details are also sent to them through Telegram so that someone can answer you. They are used for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you continue on WhatsApp, that part of the conversation runs through Meta rather than through the clinic; the data page explains what that means.
