Your name, number and question are stored by the clinic and made available to our own staff. When staff notifications are configured, the same details are also sent to them through Telegram so that someone can answer you. They are used for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you continue on WhatsApp, that part of the conversation runs through Meta rather than through the clinic; the data page explains what that means.
