Will my price change once I arrive?

No. Your quote is itemised in writing before you travel, based on your X-ray. What's confirmed is what you pay.

Will I see Dr. Hatice, or a different doctor each visit?

Dr. Hatice reviews and treats your case personally, from the first X-ray review through aftercare.

Do I need to send anything before booking a flight?

A recent panoramic X-ray or CT scan, if you have one. Dr. Hatice reviews it herself before you commit to anything.

What languages does the clinic speak?

Russian, English, German, Polish and Turkish.

How many patients do you see per day?

We keep the number deliberately low so every case gets proper time, not a rushed slot between others.

WhatsApp is run by Meta: what you send there, X-rays included, leaves Turkey and is handled under Meta's terms, not the clinic's.

Your name, number and question are stored by the clinic and made available to our own staff. When staff notifications are configured, the same details are also sent to them through Telegram so that someone can answer you. They are used for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you continue on WhatsApp, that part of the conversation runs through Meta rather than through the clinic; the data page explains what that means.
