Patients travelling from the United Kingdom

Dental implants in Turkey, from the UK

Most of our British patients begin the same way: an X-ray sent from home, read personally by Dr. Hikmet Yoldaş in Istanbul, and a written plan in hand before a flight is booked. This page sets out that sequence — what to send, who reads it, who answers you in English, and what is confirmed in writing before you travel.

What happens before you book a flight

  1. Step 1

    Send what you already have

A recent panoramic X-ray or CT scan, and a few lines about what is wrong. If you don't have a recent one, your own dentist in the UK can usually give you a copy.

  2. Step 2

    Dr. Hikmet reads it himself

Not a call centre, not a sales adviser. If implants are the wrong answer for your jaw, that's what you're told — instead of being quoted for them.

  3. Step 3

    An itemised plan, in writing

What's planned, what it costs and how many appointments it needs, written down before you book travel. Nothing is added once you're in the chair.

  4. Step 4

    Aftercare after you fly home

Follow-up stays with the same clinic that treated you, and you write to the same people you've been speaking to all along.

What a visit involves

How long you stay, and how many trips your treatment needs, depends on your own case — both are confirmed in writing before you travel. Neither is published here, because the only honest number is the one that comes out of your X-ray, not out of a brochure.

Robert Budzioch

Patient Coordinator, UK & Poland

Robert is the dedicated point of contact for patients travelling from the United Kingdom and Poland. From first enquiry to the day of travel, he coordinates consultation scheduling, treatment-plan questions and practical arrangements — flights, accommodation guidance, what to expect on arrival — in clear English. Patients in these regions reach him directly, with no call centre and no handover between departments.

The treatments UK patients ask about

Each page explains the procedure plainly, including who it doesn't suit and when we say no. None of them quotes a price, because that figure comes out of your X-ray.

WhatsApp is run by Meta: what you send there, X-rays included, leaves Turkey and is handled under Meta's terms, not the clinic's.

Your name, number, question and any file you attach are stored by the clinic and made available to our own staff. An attached X-ray or scan is kept privately and is never shown publicly. When staff notifications are configured, the same details are also sent to them through Telegram so that someone can answer you. They are used for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If you continue on WhatsApp, that part of the conversation runs through Meta rather than through the clinic; the data page explains what that means.
